JUDGING AND PREMIUMS Judging will take place on Friday at 11 am and Wednesday at 11 am. The General Chairman and the Classification Chairman for each Division are available during Judging for possible consultations. They, along with the Judges and the clerks, are the only personnel allowed on the floor during judging. The show will open to the public during posted hours except on Friday October 4, 11 am - 2 pm, Tuesday October 8, 3 pm – close and Wednesday October 9, 9 am - 2 pm. PREMIUMS • Premium checks will be VOID 60 days after issue. • Premiums will be paid by check after the Fair. Only one check will be issued to an exhibitor covering all premiums won by the individual. E xhibitors must provide the last four digits of their Social Security number.
