STANDARD SYSTEM OF AWARDING POINTS The NGC Standard System of Awards will be used for all competitive judging. Only one first place (blue) ribbon may be awarded per class Must score 90 or more points Premium: $4.00 Only one second place (red) ribbon may be awarded per class Must score 85 or more points Premium: $3.00 Only one third place (yellow) ribbon may be awarded per class Must score 80 or more points Premium: $2.00 One or more honorable mention (white) ribbons, as merited Must score 75 or more points Premium: No money will be awarded
No material covered by the Plant Protection and Conservation Act (1 July 1980) or the Garden Club of N.C. Plant Conservation List (16 September 1981) shall be used in any exhibit except on its own root and for educational purposes.
