• Set-up time: Friday October 4, 8:00 am - 10:00 am ONLY! Exhibitors must leave the building at 10:00 am! Judging: 11:00 am - 1:30 pm. The show opens to the public at 2:00 pm. The show opens to the public at 2:00 pm. Pick-up: Monday, October 14, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. REGULATIONS FOR TOP FRIDAY DESIGN AWARDS • Registration for all designs cannot be done on-line. Designs must be registered with the Design Chairman, Kimberly Cruz 336-575-1869. • Youth Artistic Crafts should be registered with the Fair. • In any section of Top Awards, there must be at least three (3) classes with four (4) entries in each class. • Must be a blue-ribbon winner scoring at least 95 or above from a group of classes designated as eligible for the Top Award. • Fresh plant material is NOT to be treated in any way. • Any NGC Top Exhibitor Award may be withheld if the judges panel determines that none are worthy or none meet the specific requirements of the award.
