S6 - SECTION 108 - MAWMAW’S CHICKEN PIE “I LOVE PIE” SWEET OR SAVORY RECIPE CONTEST
ENTRY INFORMATION Date : Bring to Village Pavilion - Saturday, October 1 2 , between 4:00 pm and 5:45 pm Location: Yesterday Village Pavilion Judging : 6:00 pm - Exhibitor must be present to win Maw Maw’s Chicken Pie invites our local family chefs, who work hard to create delicious entrees for their loved ones, to share their favorite Pie with us. The “I Love Pie” Contest can consist of any one type of sweet or savory filling. Entries must be in a 9” pie shell. No limit on number of ingredients. Complete recipe must accompany dish. Recipe must be printed on an 8 1/2” x 11” sheet of paper. Name, address and telephone number of entrant must be printed or typed on the BACK of the recipe. Entries that do not have the required recipe will not be judged. Youth Division: Ages 7-17 - Same rules apply. Must be different recipe from Adult Entry. See General Entry Information on page 282. JUDGING CRITERIA Flavor : 40 points Appearance : 20 points Creativity/Originality : 20 points
