ENTRY INFORMATION
• See general rules on page 7-9. • The Carolina Classic Fair Management, Employees, Department Workers, and Volunteers will take every precaution to protect exhibits but will not be held responsible for any loss, breakage or damage to any article or exhibits. • Group entry forms are available please contact the Fair office at 336-727-2236. • THE DECISION OF THE JUDGES WILL BE FINAL. Who can enter? Residents of North Carolina and the following adjacent counties in Virginia: Carroll, Patrick, and Grayson. In Middle and High School. Where should I go to drop off my exhibits? Please come in North Gate. Please see the map on the exhibitor letter that will come with your entry tags. Where will my exhibit be displayed during the Fair? Event Center “Education Building” (Building B see map on page 12). Is there a size limitation? No larger than 20” x 20 “ in any direction, including mat (where applicable). Please attach entry tag to front, upper right-hand side- Technology only. Can I enter a photo that has been entered in previous years? No, they must have been taken after
the last day of the previous Fair. Can I mail in my exhibit? No.
How many exhibits can be entered in each class? One entry, per person, per class. When will my tags be mailed out? All tags will be mailed out after September 1st. What happens if I do not pick up my item on the scheduled date? You can pick up your item and ribbon in the office 14 days after the last day of the Fair. After 14 days the item will be discarded at the discretion of the Fair Management.
