Students with disabilities served in special education classrooms in the fol - lowing counties: Forsyth, Alamance, Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Caldwell, Davidson, Davie, Guilford, Iredell, Randolph, Rockingham, Rowan, Stokes, Surry, Watauga, Wilkes, Yadkin, and the adjacent Virginia counties including Carroll, Patrick, and Grayson, are eligible. All artwork should be produced by students with an impairment that requires individualized intervention services in a special education classroom. The artwork may be made in their classroom, art, life skills, or Career Technical Education class.
