If Acelepryn is applied as outlined in the Guarantee details and a breakthrough occurs from white grubs, caterpillars or billbugs, Syngenta will provide the appropriate product for curative control as outlined below.

• If a breakthrough occurs, it is at the Syngenta territory manager’s discretion as to what product is provided for rescue treatment and whether the rescue treatment application is broadcast on all acreage or spot treated on affected breakthrough areas • The Guarantee is limited to providing one recovery application, up to the total acres originally treated, and covers commercial and residential properties throughout the U.S.
