KNEE EXTENSION Sit in a chair with good posture.
Straighten your knee as much as you can and hold for 1-2 seconds. Relax your knee back to the start position in a controlled manner. Repeat 6-10 times, then repeat with your other leg.

RUNNER’S STEP UP Stand infront of a box or step that is below the level of the knee. Step up onto the box and bring the opposite leg up towards your chest. Lower down in a controlled manner. Repeat, alternating legs.
