Fitness Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week.

Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Group Exercise Schedule Classes meet in the Group Fitness Studio on the main level of the Clubhouse. Classes that lack sufficient participation may be cancelled. Barre ** Wednesday and Friday at 10:30 AM Early Bird Cardio/Strength ** Monday/Friday at 6:00 AM Fitness Fusion * Tuesday/Thursday at 8:30 AM Fitness Yoga ** Friday at 5:30 PM Gentle Yoga ** Tuesday/Thursday at 9:45 AM HIIT It! ** Wednesday at 6:00 AM Pilates (All Levels) ** Morning Classes: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30 AM Evening Classes: Monday/Wednesday at 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM Toning + Abs * Tuesday/Thursday at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, and Saturday at 10:00 AM Yoga (All Levels) ** Sundays at 4:00 PM (beginning Sunday, 15 January) Yoga for Kids ** (ages 7 to 9) Friday at 4:00 PM (45 minutes) Zumba * Wednesday at 7:00 PM and Saturday at 8:45 AM *Standard Class Rates: $13/drop-in, or $7/class effective rate for subscription. **Specialty Class Rates: $20/drop-in, or $10/class effective rate for subscription. All classes are offered on a subscription basis. Between the 15th and 25th of each month, members may sign up for the following month’s classes online, by calling x1234, or by emailing john.porter@ancc.org . “Drop-ins” are allowed at some classes for a slightly higher fee. For the most current class offerings, check the website or call x1234. Holiday Hours The Fitness Center will close New Year’s Eve at 2:00 PM, and will be closed on New Year’s Day.

CHAIR YOGA: FOR SENIORS WHO WANT TO IMPROVE MENTAL FI TNESS Wednesday, 11 January 11:00 – 11:45 am in the Group Exercise Room

This workshop is a gentle form of Yoga practiced sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. There are no complicated or complex postures present in this class. Learn how yoga can help reduce anxiety, chronic fatigue, clinical depression, osteoporosis and more! Yoga mat not needed. The cost is $20. Space is limited, so please register online here. two ways to save on group fitness!

1. HALF & HALF : In December and January, group exercise subscribers can save up to 50% (or more) on their registration through our “Half and Half” promotion. (Details and conditions are online.) Here’s how it works : An existing subscriber signs up a new subscriber for the month. Both save 50% on the class for that month! And, yes, existing subscribers, if you bring in two new subscribers, you might earn a month free! Or . . . Two new subscribers sign up together for the month. Both save 50% on the class for that month! 2. 12 DAYS OF FITNESS : Between Christmas Day and January 6, you may drop-in on group exercise classes and pay the subscriber rate. Instead of paying $13 for standard class, you’ll only pay $7; instead of $20 for a specialty class, you can pay $10. This is a great way to try before committing as a subscriber!
