Community Happenings Spring

As spring blossomed around us, our community embraced the warmer months with joy, creativity, and connection. From September through November, we shared countless special moments, from tending our flourishing gardens to celebrating milestones, welcoming visitors, and enjoying the simple pleasures that make life at Burpengary Manor so meaningful. Creative Spirit: Arts, Crafts & Cooking Our community’s creative energy flourished throughout spring. The Knit and Natter group continued their wonderful work, spending mornings knitting and crafting whilst sharing stories and laughter. We completed an exciting canvas painting project with support from Deception Bay Neighbourhood Centre; a true achievement we’re all proud of. In the kitchen, we baked pretzels for Oktoberfest, prepared treats for Halloween, and enjoyed regular cooking sessions that filled our home with delicious aromas. Every week brought new opportunities to create, whether through music therapy, arts and crafts, or simply spending time together doing what we love. Music & Entertainment: Bringing Joy to Our Days Music filled our spring with energy and nostalgia. We welcomed

talented performers including the Scorpion Line Dancers, Gerry Come 1 with his electric keyboard, and Rob Stevenson who entertained us with
