PRO TIP : Soil pH above 6.5 can enhance the severity of summer patch and take-all patch. Use acidifying nitrogen sources like ammonium sulfate to reduce high pH soils. Also, applying manganese sulfate at 6 lbs/A as a soil spray can also reduce severity of these diseases.
