Guaranteed season-long control of ABW, white grubs and turf caterpillars in the following states (assuming necessary state registrations): CT, DE, DC, IL, KY, MA, ME, MD, NC, NH, NJ, NY*, OH, PA, VA, VT, WV and RI. • To qualify for the guarantee, you must be a registered WeevilTrak Plus user, following at least one course and making product applications at the rates stated above to qualify. Timing of product applications can be adjusted based on local conditions and the results of scouting at your specific course. To ensure optimum control, it is recommended you follow a secondary course and the WeevilTrak Plus blog for additional timing, scouting and detailed ABW information. • If you do not achieve acceptable ABW control, or if unexpected turf damage from ABW occurs, contact your local Syngenta Territory Manager to review the performance of the WeevilTrak Plus Guarantee to confirm product recommendations and timing were followed, and that resulting damage is due to ABW feeding. • All products must be purchased from a Syngenta Authorized Distributor/Retailer. • Syngenta will provide replacement product but will not pay for any application costs for the rescue treatment. • Determination by Syngenta as to whether less than acceptable control exists will be final. • Syngenta reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Guarantee at any time.
