GLEN: The HERITAGE-D is permanently installed in our FOH trailer, making transportation smooth and hassle-free. GLEN: Sound engineers and performers were simply amazed by the audio quality delivered by the HERITAGE-D console. PSP: As pioneers in adopting this new technology in South Africa, what has been the response from other sound and production companies in the region? Are they showing interest in the HERITAGE-D Live Digital Mixer? GLEN: There has been significant interest from other sound companies in the region, but we were fortunate to be the first to embrace the HERITAGE-D. PSP: How has the HERITAGE-D enhanced SAB gig rig's workflow during live events? Have there been any standout features that have significantly improved efficiency or creativity during the mixing process? GLEN: The HERITAGE-D has expedited sound checks, making them quicker and more accurate, thus enhancing our overall workflow during live events.

GLEN: The HERITAGE-D has impressed us with its extensive effects and processing capabilities, surpassing those of the Pro Series consoles. The touch screen has been a game- changer, allowing us to mix on the fly with ease. As for disadvantages, it's not so much a drawback, but the workflow is different from the Pro Series, requiring some adjustment time. PSP: How did the training process at Proaudio with Gareth Roberts contribute to maximizing the potential of the HERITAGE-D Live Digital Mixer? GLEN: Gareth Roberts' training was invaluable in terms of setting up the desk and acquainting us with the new features, including the impressive Manchino functionality.
