Ipswich Situated at the head of the River Orwell, the Port of Ipswich handles 2 million tonnes of cargo per year. It is the UK’s leading grain export port and handles a range of other products such as fertiliser, cement and aggregates. ABP Ipswich has made a multi- Million-pound investment in, automated lock gates, and cranes as part of its commitment to continuously

improve the service it provides. The port has also recently invested more than £3 million in two new bulk storage terminals, the Orwell Bulk and Cliff Bulk Terminals, adding more than 7,000sqm of storage space. ABP’s Ipswich Beacon Marina, offers convenient access to the historic Ipswich Waterfront and draws thousands of visitors every year.

Lowestoft Lowestoft is Britain’s most easterly port, and is an expanding renewable energy hub. It’s the closest port to the East Anglia Offshore Wind Farm Zone.. The Port is also home to the operations and maintenance (O&M) facility for the Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind farm, a 504MW Installation.
