l be based in the UK (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man);
l file its Company Tax Returns with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC);

To apply for the Promoting Opportunity award, you must also:
l have had a social mobility programme running for more than two years; and
required to ensure fair access to quality work experience for school-age students across the UK from disadvantaged backgrounds.
l prove that the programme benefits your organisation financially or otherwise (for example, it has improved your reputation or led to savings in the business).
