Welcome to our 32nd annual production sale. With cattle prices strong, there is great enthusiasm in the beef industry. Having the right genetics enhances this enthusiasm. We are offering a set of bulls this year that we believe will bring the right genetics to your herd. Whether you seek calving ease, good growth, or carcass merit, we can help you out. You may notice some of the bulls are “snowy” in their pic- tures. We were blessed to be in a blizzard warning the day pictures were scheduled. It just reminds us we cannot con- trol the weather! We do not creep feed; our weaning weights are the re- sult of grass and maternal power of the dams. ADG’s listed for the bulls are based on a 48 mcal diet during a 150-day test after weaning. We base our calving ease recommenda- tions on a combination of birth weight, EPDs, CED, and the history of the dam. When we recommend a bull as a heifer bull, we are confident he will be true calving ease. We want to thank all of you, our customers, for your past business. It is sincerely appreciated!
