Directors’ declaration
In the directors’ opinion: A The financial statements and notes comply with Australian accounting standards, other authoritative pronouncements and the Government Trading Enterprises Act 2023 and the Government Trading Enterprises Regulations 2023. B The financial statements and notes give a true and fair view of the financial position of Western Power as at 30 June 2025 and of its performance for the reporting year ended on that date. C There are reasonable grounds to believe that Western Power will be able to pay its debts as and when they become due and payable. D Financial records of Western Power for the financial year have been properly maintained. The directors’ have been given the declaration by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the reporting year ended 30 June 2025.
This declaration is made in accordance with a resolution of the directors on 25 August 2025.
