Appointed with effect from 29/05/2025, current term expires on 28/05/2028. Experience and expertise: Mr Barnes has extensive experience in financial management, economic policy and government administration and served as Western Australia’s Under Treasurer for 11 years where he was responsible for managing and reporting the State’s finances. During this period, he was also Chair of the Western Australian Treasury Corporation Board and was on the Board of Infrastructure WA since its inception in 2019. Mr Barnes is currently serving as WA’s Chief GST ‘Fairness Fighter’ and as a lead reviewer for the Public Sector Commission’s agency capability review program. Mr Barnes has a Bachelor of Business with Honours in Economics, and a Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School. He was awarded the Public Service Medal in 2020 for his outstanding public service to State Government finances and was the Institute of Public Administration’s Leader of the Year in State or Federal Government in 2022. Current directorships: • Chair of Keystart • Non-executive director of Western Australian Treasury Corporation (WATC). Appointed with effect from 1/11/2023, current term expires on 31/10/2026. Experience and expertise: Ms Hall is a highly experienced Non-Executive Director with knowledge in a wide range of sectors including natural resources, financial services, transport and infrastructure. Ms Hall is a former KPMG Risk Consulting Partner and has extensive audit and risk experience, serving as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Perenti Limited, the Audit Committees for Evolution Mining and Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation. Ms Hall is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
