Experience and expertise: Mr Paul is a non-executive director and advisor with proven experience in organisational strategy and performance. Mr Paul has worked in senior roles with FTI Consulting, IBM, Deloitte, Arthur Andersen, and the Australian Federal and State Public Service. Mr Paul has deep expertise in corporate strategy, operations improvement, transformation, complex technology implementation, and regulatory compliance across a range of sectors including Utilities, Government, Health & Financial Services. Mr Paul sits on the Audit & Risk Committee and Chairs the Safety and People Committee. Experience and expertise: Mr Manners is an experienced, strategic thinking executive and leader with a proven track record in delivering significant organisational change and improvement – most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer of Boral Australia. Mr. Manners has experience across various sectors, including building and rail, with a majority of his career focused on Construction and Project Management, as well as Construction Materials. Mr Manners is a strong advocate of Zero Harm, workplace mental health, diversity and inclusion. While at Boral he chaired their Diversity and Inclusion Council. Mr Manners was previously on the Board of the Green Building Council of Australia and is currently an Advisory Board Member of IQRenew, a leading NSW recycling business.
