The Wizzard T h is is a most exciting stunt. An nounce to a group at a party that you met a man who was able to read your mind. Ask the group to suggest a number from one to twenty that they are to concentrate on while the Wizzard is telephoned. When the call is placed, the secret number will be mysteriously revealed by the W iz zard. The folks will be amazed as the receiver is passed from ear to ear. Directions The leader of this game, whom we shall call John, must have a confed erate, whom we shall call Bill, to execute this stunt. When the group decides upon a number, John dials Bill’s telephone number. Bill, know ing that John will call his home at a specific time on the “Wizzard Trick,” picks up the receiver on the first ring and slowly begins to count, “ one, two, three, four,” etc. At the party, John simply holds the receiver to his ear as if the phone is still ringing at the other end. When Bill reaches the correct number, John interrupts his count by saying, “Hello, Wizzard?” Then Bill knows that the secret num ber is the last one he counted before John broke in. If the number was nine, the Wizzard should repeat slow ly in a mysterious voice, “n u m b e r n i n e.” The number should be re peated about ten times and then Bill should hang up. Surely the group will ask John to call again, and the game can con tinue for a number of calls. He must be sure, however, that no one steals his secret telephone numbers. If the secret is not revealed to the group, it can be played at another time. And, with imagination other mysterious codes may be worked out. The Mystery Man To encourage “mixing” at your next party or camp, chose a person to be a Mystery Man. Announce that one has been chosen and that the tenth, fifteenth, etc., person that shakes his hand will be given a prize. The Mystery Man should secretly count off all who shake his hand and then give the name of the winner, the “ friendliest person,” to the leader. The “ number” would de pend upon how many are in the group and how long they are together. Send your ideas, comments, suggestions and questions to Jim Slevcove in care of THE KING’S BUSINESS.

“ Freedom from colonialism" is the cry all over Africa. Some states have achieved political independence; more will receive it in the near future. Many Africans are placing all their hopes for a future life in “ freedom from colonialism.” But Christians know that political freedom, valuable as it is, can never bring spiritual freedom. Only Christ can free the spirit, and He is found only in His Word. Many African leaders, recog nizing this truth, are cooperating with the P TL in bringing the Gospel to Africa’s millions. Pray for our PTL teams working with African pastors, mission aries and leaders in bringing true free dom in Christ to Africa’s multitudes.
