PO1 Synthesize knowledge from nursing and liberal education to inform professional nursing decisions in caring for diverse populations (Essential I) PO2 Apply organizational and systems leadership concepts to enhance quality of care and safety outcomes for diverse populations and healthcare settings (Essential II) PO3 Engage in a systematic process of critical inquiry to inform evidence-based decisions (Essential III). PO4 Demonstrate knowledge and skills of information management, communication devices, and patient care technologies in the delivery of safe, effective, and quality nursing care (Essential IV, VI). PO5 Apply knowledge of healthcare policy, finance, and regulatory environments to provide safe, compassionate, ethical, and holistic care for diverse patient populations (Essential II, V).
