Every syllabus was reviewed for the program for alignment of course outcomes to program outcomes in summer of 20023. Outcome Committee mtg Nov 23, 2023 – discussed the need for better communication from the clinical team and the better lab supplies to meet the learning outcomes.

staff were educated on how to increase learning through required remediation if students did not pass a lab skill or a skill in clinical. Faculty also offered one on one mtgs with students who did not pass an exam and could review the exam with them and provide analysis on how the student answered the questions.

The curriculum is logically structured to achieve expected student outcomes. The baccalaureate curricula build upon a foundation of the arts, sciences, and humanities.

Lab mtg minutes to restructure and align critical lab skills in the lab sequence progression. A team has been working on these changes.. This was discussed in several faculty mtgs. . Student surveys of lab and fundamental classes and end of program survey results

There will be skill competency assessed each term of lab with critical skills to practice in clinical.

Each term will have surveys offered to students.

It was decided to add live simulation to the clinical courses. This started in the Jan 2024 term and will be evaluated.
