A monthly calendar for program effectiveness was utilized to ensure all areas were covered throughout the year. PEP plan reviewed and updated in summer of 2023. Advisory Board meeting minutes June 15, 2023 – current retention rate for BSN program is 99%. Completion rate is ongoing due to it being a new program. With RN-BSN group completion rate is 98% See advisory committee mtg minutes June 2023- No employment was recorded for FY23 due to the program not graduating students in time. For the RN-BSN students the employment rate is 100% Outcomes committee meeting Nov 2023 – discussed the role of the outcomes committee in evaluating data for the evaluation plan.
