Outcomes committee meeting Nov 2023– reviewed data from employer satisfaction surveys. Most categories showed a slight increase. Employers consistently rate Sumner graduates above the 80% benchmark for all programs. Outcomes committee Nov 2023 analyzed trends in data for MA, PN, and ADN programs. No data to show trends from RN-BSN program. Outcomes committee Nov 2023 licensure pass rates for PN and RN programs were analyzed.
Employers have strong confidence in Sumner College. The committee will continue to track data to identify trends. To increase student satisfaction the committee discussed having a 24-hour expected reply to student emails except for weekend could improve student satisfaction with communication, this was implemented and discussed at March 2023 faculty mtg.
There was improvement in RN program scores.
Recommendations were made that will impact on the proposed BSN program. • Increase the percentage of correct questions to 75% on the comprehensive predictor through ATI in the final NCLEX review course.
All sections of the same course will have consistent content and assessments, thereby ensuring measurable outcomes. Prepare students for licensure exams by weighing tests/quizzes at least 75% of
