Scholarship/Academi c Development – At a minimum faculty must have 1 in- service activities and Practice – At a minimum of 1 professional growth in their field activities per year. Expected level of achievement 90%. Service – Provided to the college and/or community. 100% of Faculty must attend faculty meetings and may serve on at least one college committee. Faculty may also serve the community and/or the nursing profession. There is no expected level of achievement set for community service at this time.

Areas to improve include feedback on student assignments. Faculty were encouraged to give effective formative evaluation feedback that students can use to improve performance. Feedback methods were discussed, and
