Outcome well above expected level of achievement. Faculty discussed areas that help increase outcomes such as providing timely and helpful feedback, including the textbook in course discussions, and responding to the student questions and e-mails or messages in a timely manner. Expectations were not met. Faculty reviewed the data to discuss at next mtg. Improvement in equipment in labs and space expanded as well as an increase in resources were area’s targeted to improve this score. An updated student handbook that was also realigned in layout to make it more understandable for students was completed.

See outcome meeting minutes NOV 2023 – End of program student satisfaction survey data from the graduating classes were reviewed. All areas of the survey showed a score of 4.4 or higher. The overall score on the survey was 83% satisfaction rating of the program overall with a 100% participation rate. See Advisory meeting minutes June 15, 2023 Employer Satisfaction Survey, End-of Program survey, and graduate satisfaction survey data from all programs at Sumner College were reviewed. There were no results yet for the BSN program.
Continue to review data with the Outcomes Committee to ensure RN-BSN and BSN program data is collected and reviewed.
