IV-G Aggregate faculty outcomes demonstrate program effectiveness. The information below is to clarify what criteria were used or how the levels of achievement were measured. More information was added for each area under the Faculty Outcome column.

Faculty Observations – Faculty are observed while teaching annually. The observations are scored level 0 (never demonstrates competency) through 5 (demonstrates mastery of competency). There are a total of 20 areas where faculty are observed while teaching. The average score must be a 4 or Proficient level (demonstrates most aspects of competency). Student Surveys – Students are provided with surveys at the end of each course. Aggregated faculty data is reviewed for overall student satisfaction. The scores range from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). The overall score of aggregated data for student satisfaction must be at a level 4 (agree) or above for overall positive experience with the instructor. Annual Faculty Evaluation – Faculty receive an annual evaluation. They are given ratings ranging from 1 (does not meet expectations) 2 (meets expectations) to 3 (exceeds expectations). The faculty annual evaluations showed that 100% of faculty ranged from an overall score of meets expectations and above.
