Scholarship/Academic Development - At a minimum faculty must have 1 in-service activity and 1 professional growth in their field activity per year. The aggregated goal for all faculty must be that 90% or above of the faculty are meeting the expectation. Service – full-time faculty must provide service to the college by active participation on one of the college committees (curriculum committee or outcome committee). The aggregated data is scored by taking the number of full-time faculty by the number of committee members.
