Brasstown Chocolate invites all chocolate lovers to share their favorite chocolate based dish. We are looking for innovative and original recipes. To qualify, your dish must contain one of Brasstown's many award winning chocolate products. Entry must contain enough chocolate to taste. Recipe must have at least two additional ingredients (beyond chocolate). Recipe must use one or more cooking steps and can't just melt and remold the chocolate. Entry may be hot or cold, in any size pan or dish, and must feed a minimum of 8 people. Entries are open to all categories (Desserts, Main Dishes, Appetizers, Salad, etc.) RULES, REGULATIONS AND INFORMATION Special Discount for Contestants - 20% discount on all chocolate prod- ucts. Only available at 5029 Country Club Road Suite 111 Winston-Salem Recipe must include Brasstown Chocolate and must be verified by receipt or proof of purchase attached to a index card on the back of the typed or printed recipe on a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. Name, address and telephone number of entrant must be printed or typed on the back of the recipe. Brasstown Chocolate is available at Brasstown Craft Chocolate Store on Country Club Road, Whole Foods, Wine Merchants, Musten & Crutchfield or check the website for more locations.Entries that do not have the required recipe and proof of use items will not be judged. Judging Criteria: Product Flavor Recognition : 50 points Taste : 30 points Appearance : 20 points "Chocolate Extravaganza" Youth division. For ages 7-17. Same rules as above. Must be different recipe from Adult entry.
