A ppalachian Mountain Brewery (AMB) invites all foodies to bring thier best dish made with any of AMB's beers. Dish may be hot or cold. No Deserts. No limit on ingredients. No Professional chefs or bakers may enter. Entry must feed 8-10 people.
Judging Criteria Taste: 50 Sponsor Product recognition Appearance: 20 Flavor: 30
Use your imagination, creativity and submit your favorite recipe.
Recipe should be typed on an 81/2" x 11" sheet of paper. Name, address and phone number must be printed or typed on the BACK of the recipe and should be submitted with the entry. As proof of purchase please bring reciept or empty container. Entries that do not have the required recipe will not be judged. Complete recipe must accompany dish. Decisions made by judges are final.
