RULES, REGULATIONS AND INFORMATION Bring to Yesterday Village Pavilion - Sunday, October 9 between 2:45 pm and 3:45 pm Judging will begin promptly at 4:00 pm EXHIBITOR MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!!!
Main Street Lawn and Garden invites our local family "chefs", who work hard to create delicious entrees for their loved ones, to share their favorite MAIN DISH with us. Entry may be hot or cold, in any size pan or dish, and must feed a minimum of 8 people. Can be any variety of cuisine (Italian, Asian, American, etc.) Entry must be a Main Dish. No Desserts, Soups or Stews. Recipe should be typed on an 81/2" x 11" sheet of paper. Name, address and phone number must be printed or typed on the BACK of the recipe and should be submitted with the entry. Entries that do not have the required recipe will not be judged. Judging Criteria: Flavor: 60 points Appearance: 20 points Creativity/Originality: 20 points Main Dish Challenge Youth division. For ages 7-17. Same rules as above. Must be different recipe from Adult entry.
