TRUCKING Reliable truckers will be available or contacted to assist in making arrangements for shipping. SETTLEMENT Terms are cash or check. Purchasers must make settlement with Sale Management prior to taking possession of purchased animals. Any arrangements to the contrary between buyers and sellers are at the seller’s risk and are without liability to the sale management. TRANSFERS Once sale settlement is dispersed it is the responsibility of seller to transfer purchases to buyer.
