Qualifications/Education MBA qualification, or equivalent professional qualification or experience.
Master’s degree, and additional in-depth professional training and specialist knowledge of asset management, performance management and staff management to doctorate or equivalent level, acquired through training and experience over an extended period. Evidence of continued professional and managerial development. Professional Registration Relevant professional registration eg RICS. Previous Experience Extensive experience of leadership and achievement at executive level in a relevant field in a large, complex environment. Extensive experience of delivering and meeting key operational and financial targets in a challenging environment. Significant in-depth and specialist experience of formulating long term, organisation- wide strategic plans and development of projects resulting in positive value for money outcomes. Extensive experience of organisation-wide policy development, interpreting complex legislative and other requirements. Significant experience of successfully leading and managing change to improve performance against KPIs. Able to demonstrate previous success in providing innovative and creative property solutions. Extensive in-depth professional experience of highly complex asset management. Understanding of the planning, scheduling and management of operational systems within a complex environment. Knowledge Extensive, excellent understanding and specialist knowledge of the healthcare environment. Specialist knowledge and awareness of change management tools and techniques.
