Welcome to the 49th Annual bull sale here at the Koupal’s. We are excited about the sale offering this year. The quality is equally sound from top to bottom. Our goal here is to really focus on sound, functional traits that work for both registered and commercial herds. We understand that when you achieve success so do we. The bulls that we are offering as a whole will have above average maternal traits while still keeping optimum growth. I am very pleased with the foot structure on the sires that we are using. They are all out of powerful bred females with generations of breeding behind them. Consistency is done by using proven genetics not the one hit wonder. So many of the bulls today that are in studs are out of 1st or 2nd calvers with the wild, inflated numbers. We feel that if you take care of the maternal end of it the rest will follow. It’s nice to see that finally after all of these years, that the guy that is doing all the work is finally getting paid. It’s a good time to be in the cattle business and I think there is more to come. If there is anything we can help you with or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
