Richmond Schools Cross Country Event

6th place overall

Well done to all of those who took part in the Richmond Cross Country Event on a very bright but cold Friday in Bushy Park, which was a lovely venue for the event. Congratulations goes to Jasmine G, 10PGU who won the Year 10/11 girls event. Sio D, 7SDE came 11th in the Year 7 race and Olivia M, 9EMU 12th in the year 8/9 race. Our team finished a commendable 6th place overall which is a fantastic achievement - Well done team! The teachers were delighted to be able to support the team and cheer them on around the course.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS FOR PARENTS Every Thursday during term-time Waldegrave hosts free English lessons in school, for Waldegrave parents/carers who would like to practise/improve their English language skills. It is also a chance to network with other multilingual parents. If this is something of interest to you, please come to the school Reception at 2:10pm on Thursdays during term time, ready for the start of the lesson at 2:15pm. Sessions are for 1 hour each week, finishing at 3:15pm.
