These two heifers are phenotypically complete opposites. N169 is a very soft made, flatter muscled, deep-bodied heifer that is out of Drifter’s mother. She is sired by PIE Hollywood 222, who commanded $400,000 as a yearling on the Pieper Red Angus sale. Her full sister was the high-selling female on our 2025 sale, going for $21,000 to Berwald Red Angus. Her full brother, TAC Hollywood M620, is Lot 1, a highlight of this year’s sale. This mating is extremely consistent! N73 is the polar opposite. Harder muscled, elegant in her design, and whistle-fronted. She’s got that freak factor that commands your attention. She is sired by the famed TAC Drifter H10, who is one of the most popular sires in the Red Angus breed today. Very few daughters have ever sold at auction. H10 semen has been commanding $3,500/straw. Her half-brother, TAC Hollywood M632, sells as Lot 2. N73’s dam, F63, comes from the famed Abigrace from RA Brown Ranch. These two females come from noble pedigrees. Not only are they bred for balance, but they also have the numbers to match.
