A tall order, but building a quality product is what started the concept of Winston outdoor furniture so many decades ago. Today, we are offering our most diverse product offering ever with styles that meet every need from traditional to transitional to contemporary. We have introduced woven products to the line in a big way for 2014. Banyan Bay Modular Woven Collection is truly a unique concept to the market. Even though the beautifully woven Oyster Weave coloration of Banyan Bay is a crowd pleaser so is the option of having the exposed aluminum base painted in any one of Winston's 11 powder coated finishes. Coordinating the weave color, base color and fabrics offer your customers a custom look often unavailable for most woven products. Winston's new Belvedere Collection offers sling, cushion and woven bucket options. This transitional design works perfectly in any setting. The extra wide aluminum extrusion surrounds the exceptionally comfortable seat whether it's cushion, sling or woven. And we have added a woven seat bucket option to the contemporary Southern Cay Collection. There’s more - a lot more. Including over 500 fabrics to choose from and a value priced line of table tops in sizes never before offered by Winston.

Oyster Weave - Having the look and feel of real rattan, this proprietary weave creation was the result of dedicated time and effort. The material itself if a mix of polyethylene and UV inhibitors with no acrylic additives. Both the texture and coloration are achieved from the hands of an extrusion artist who intuitively adds the correct amount of pigment to the weave during precise temperature intervals in the production process. The weave coloration is infused throughout the core of the weave. The result is a beautiful, natural weathered weave material. All pieces of Banyan Bay are hand woven, strand by strand, by highly skilled artists. One chair can take more than a day to weave.

REGULAR FURNITURE MAINTENANCE
• Fine outdoor furniture deserves exceptional care. Winston furniture can be enjoyed for many years when well maintained. Wash the furniture with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinse with clear water and dry thoroughly. A clear automobile wax can be applied to smooth frame finishes to provide better protection against harmful ultraviolet exposure and salt air. DO NOT use any kind of wax, abrasive materials or strong detergents on Select finishes. • To vinyl, strap and sling seating surfaces, apply a quality vinyl protectant to guard against the effects of air pollution, salt air build-up, and mildew growth. Wash outdoor cushions with a solution of mild detergent and water and thoroughly rinse with clear water. Allow cushions to air dry completely. • For best protection, perform this maintenance two to three times a year, although these durable materials can be safely cleaned as often as desired. • Light stains can be removed with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinsed with clear water and dried thoroughly. Mildew and heavy stains can be removed with a quality commercial outdoor furniture cleaner and protectant. • Note: Some suntan and sun block products may be harmful to cushions, sling and vinyl and straps. Do not allow such products to come in contact with any seating surfaces to avoid deep penetrating stains, which are not covered under warranty. • Do not steam or use water at temperatures above 100°F when washing. • Note: Be careful to keep the cleaner from contact with the cushions of your Winston furniture, as it will cause discoloration. Do not use bleach on printed acrylic fabrics. Do not use solvent-type materials on woven vinyl, woven blend or ultra woven blend fabrics as they will damage the yarns. Do not use chlorine based cleaners. Woven Blend Fabrics Woven Blend is a blend of polyester and solution-dyed acrylic that has a soft hand and dries quickly when saturated with water. They are very useful as an umbrella fabric, and provide excellent sun blocking protection. Wash with a solution of soap or mild detergent and warm water. Sponge thoroughly with water and allow to air dry. For more stubborn stains, mix three gallons of warm water with one cup of household bleach and one cup of mild laundry detergent.. DO NOT USE SOLVENT-TYPE MATERIALS, THEY WILL DAMAGE THE YARNS. Ultra Woven Blend Fabrics Ultra Woven Blend has twice the vertical yarns as Woven Blends, offering richer, more vibrant patterns and colors. They are useful as an umbrella fabric as well and provide excellent sunblocking protection. Wash with a solution of soap or mild detergent and warm water. Sponge thoroughly with water and allow to air dry. For more stubborn stains, mix three gallons of warm water with one cup of household bleach and one cup of mild laundry detergent.. DO NOT USE SOLVENT-TYPE MATERIALS, THEY WILL DAMAGE THE YARNS. Woven Acrylic Poly Fabric Woven blend of polyester and 100% solution dyed acrylic which provides a soft hand. Attractive features include inherent durability, long term UV resistance and ease of clean up. Recommended for both indoor and outdoor use. Wash with a solution of soap or mild detergent and warm water. Sponge thoroughly with water and allow to air dry. For more stubborn stains, mix three gallons of warm water with one cup of household bleach and one cup of mild laundry detergent. Woven Vinyl Fabrics Woven Vinyl fabrics are made from Weather Weave, an open weave, vinyl-coated, polyester fiber fabric. Weather Weave is similar to the material used in tire cord, bonded so it will not unravel if cut. Especially designed for outdoor use, Weather Weave dries quickly and can be left out in any kind of weather. Ultraviolet stabilizers have been added to inhibit fading, deterioration and mildew. Weather Weave fabric cushions will provide many years of outdoor pleasure. Mix three gallons of warm water with one cup of household bleach and one cup mild laundry detergent. Apply with soft brush or cloth and rinse well. DO NOT USE SOLVENT-TYPE MATERIALS, THEY WILL DAMAGE THE YARNS. Woven Acrylic Fabric Acrylic Fabric is 100% solution dyed and provides a soft hand, having the look and feel of cotton. Acrylic fabrics are recommended for both indoor and outdoor use. Acrylics are the most durable outdoor fabrics because of their UV fastness and their ease of cleanup. Wash with a solution of soap or mild detergent and warm water. Sponge thoroughly with water and allow to air dry. For more stubborn stains, mix three gallons of warm water with one cup of household bleach and one cup of mild laundry detergent. Oyster Weave Fabric Oyster Weave is applicable to Banyan Bay, Belvedere Woven, and Southern Cay Woven. Quick Cleaning - (1) Use feather duster or soft brush to wipe away dust or small particles. (2) Wash with clean water and wipe until dry. Extended Cleaning - (1) Dip a piece of soft cloth or clean sponge in mild soapy water. (2) Wipe over stained areas and wash off with clean water. (3) Wipe dry with a piece of cloth or leave in sun to air dry. Caution - DO NOT USE CHEMICALS OR POLISHING/WAX FINISHING PRODUCTS ON THE WEAVE FIBER. FABRIC DESCRIPTIONS AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Extruded Aluminum Frame – Fifteen Years If the extruded aluminum furniture frame fails structurally (i.e. broken frame or welds) within 15 years from the date of purchase, we will replace, repair or refinish the frame in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. Paint Finish – Five Years If finish blisters or peels within five years from the date of purchase, Winston will repair or refinish the frame in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. Vinyl Strap – Five Years If a strap breaks within five years from the date of purchase, a replacement strap will be sent directly to you, upon receipt of the broken strap, in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. If a strap becomes faded or mildewed within two years from the date of purchase, a replacement strap will be sent directly to you, upon receipt of the faded or mildewed strap, in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. Fabric on Cushions, Slings and Umbrellas – Two Years If the fabric on a cushion, sling or umbrella tears, mildews or fades excessively within two years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the fabric in the original color and pattern if available, or in a similar color and pattern if the original has been discontinued. Umbrellas and Umbrella Bases – Two Years If an umbrella or umbrella base fails structurally within two years from the date of purchase, we will, at factory option, repair or replace the umbrella or umbrella base, in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. Woven Components – Three Years If a woven component fails structurally (i.e. broken frame, welds, or resin), or if the weave unravels or fades excessively within three years from the date of purchase, we will replace, repair or refinish the product in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. Composite Table Tops – Two Years If a composite table top or copper top fails structurally within two years from the date of purchase, we will, at factory option, repair or replace the table top, in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. Some of the table tops have painted decorations which may fade when exposed to direct sunlight. This fading is excluded from the warranty. See other exclusions below. Cast Aluminum Tops – Three Years If a cast aluminum top fails structurally within three years from the date of purchase, we will, at factory option, repair or replace the table top, in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. Some of the table tops have painted decorations which may fade when exposed to direct sunlight. This fading is excluded from the warranty. See other exclusions below. Component Parts – One Year If a component part (glides, bolts, wheels, etc.) fails due to manufacturing defects within one year from the date of purchase, we will, at factory option, repair or replace the part, in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. Shipping If required, Winston will pay for shipping to and from the dealer (for frames) of damaged or replacement products for a period of three years from the date of purchase. If the product is warranted for a period of less than three years (fabrics, etc.) Winston will pay for shipping of the damaged or replacement product during the warranty period. This warranty is a limited warranty, and applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. This is a residential warranty and does not apply to commercial use. Note: Winston or its suppliers may discontinue any component parts such as fabric, paint, etc., at any time. Winston reserves the right to determine whether to replace, repair or refinish and mode of transportation of authorized returns. Exclusions Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, fire, freight damage, acts of nature (such as, but not limited to freezing or high winds), suntan oil or other chemicals, normal fading, scratching or chipping of the finish, fading, weathering or staining or discoloration of furniture, accidental damage repair or modifications by consumer, glass breakage, commercial use, normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty. Steel furniture is not warranted against rust. Winter Storage All furniture should be stored in an upright position to allow for proper water drainage. Storing furniture upside-down may cause water to accumulate and freeze inside the frame, causing serious structural damage that is not covered by the warranty.

Composite Table Tops - 1 Year Cast Aluminum Tops - 2 Years Component Parts - 1 Year Texacraft ® Tropic Craft ® warranties become null and void in the event of damage to the product resulting from any of the following: • Unauthorized repairs • Breakage due to abuse or misuse Repair, alteration or modification of the product by anyone other than Texacraft ® Tropic Craft ® or authorized representatives thereof • Damage resulting from accidents • Normal fading of vinyl color caused by exposure to the sun and weather • Vandalism • Furniture is not designed for in-pool use — Voids Warranty. Umbrella Warranty Fabric umbrellas are constructed from the finest commercial material. Due to severe weather to which umbrellas may be subjected, Texacraft ® Tropic Craft ® warranty does not apply. FiberBuilt Umbrellas warrants its fiberglass umbrella ribs to be free from detects in material and workmanship under normal conditions for a period of three years from the date of original purchase.
