Results Statistical Analysis Feature

Results can be analyzed in a unified form using the Statistical Analysis Feature. This feature can report the Min, Max, Range, Average, Standard Deviation, or Six Sigma result for a given population of feature measurements. The Statistical Analysis feature provides a simple way of comparing measurement results from several like features. As an example, if you measure six bore features in a bolt hole pattern, you can measure them and then construct a Stats feature from these parent circles and quickly determine the largest, smallest, and average of the six diameters. This applies to all feature types and can be used on all coefficients. The results of the Statistical Analysis feature can be toleranced and can be also included in a report or part program. NOTE The Statistical Analysis feature is disabled by default. It can be enabled by assigning it to the measure toolbar or Extra menu list. To enable it, set the Display stats measurement button in Desktop screen of system Settings to either Extra or Desktop.
