Marquee Mode – Perform a marquee multi-features measure by selecting the Multi-Measure tool from the measure toolbar and then clicking and

dragging a marquee box around a region of edges within the field of view. The tool will analyze all edges within the rectangular marquee region and return all detected features to the feature list.

Full Screen Mode – Perform a full screen multi-features measure by selecting the Multi- Measure probe from

the bottom toolbar and then pressing the Enter button, located in the

bottom toolbar. The tool will analyze all edges within the current field of view and return all detected features to the feature list.

Note The Multi-measure tool is disabled by default. It can be enabled by setting the Display Multi-measure tool field in Desktop Setting to “Desktop”.

Multi-Measure Tool Filters In some cases when using the Multi-Measure tool, it may be necessary to collect only specific feature types for a single execution of the tool. For this case, the Multi-Measure tool filters can be used to specify which feature types will be measured, and which will be filtered. Filtered features are not added to the feature list.

Setting a Filter To set a filter for a feature type, press the Multi-Measure tool button. This will expand the tools sub-menu. To filter

out a feature type, press or click on the feature type button. A top-left to bottom-right (or top-right to bottom- left) red line is drawn on the feature type button that was pressed. This feature type will be filtered out of the multi-measure tool probe firings. To toggle it back, press or click on the feature type button again.
