HUDDLE UP Corporate Retreat and Conference Center

It’s Time to Huddle Up

The Huddle Up Corporate Retreat and Conference Center is a hub of corporate learning — where companies can send their teams to develop leadership training and professional development in the heart of renowned Patriot Place . We aim to provide corporate event planners with a single destination where they can bring their groups – from C-suite executive retreats to new hire onboarding – and access to state-of-the-art facilities. While Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place are already world-class destinations, creating a retreat and convention center will allow corporate groups to activate the existing shopping, dining, and entertainment venues already in place throughout the week, when they may be underutilized. Using the same values that have driven all of the Asylum companies, our goal is to reimagine how companies think about corporate events by providing an exciting and enjoyable place for them to grow and develop in a modern and fun way.

Understanding the Industry

Corporate retreat and conference campuses rarely possess the physical space required to facilitate simultaneous corporate groups. Meeting spaces, hotels, and restaurants come at a premium. Huddle Up leverages the 1.3 million square feet of shopping, dining, and entertainment venues that Patriot Place has already developed and provides them with an entirely new audience. The market for corporate meetings and conventions is deep – valued at over $361.5 billion yearly for training alone. Combine that with the $424 billion that companies in the U.S. spent last year on corporate training-related food & beverage costs and increased hotel occupancy and we’re looking at an incredible opportunity. And those are just last year’s numbers. Analysts confirm that nearly 95% of organizations plan to increase and maintain investment in leadership and employee development. This market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 4.8% from 2024 to 2032, reaching a projected value of $658.2 billion by 2032.

We know that Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place are some of the most exciting places to be on any given Sunday, but let’s show some love to the weekdays. Most corporate events take place early- to mid-week to alleviate travel and time stress for the attendees. Huddle Up provides a steady and consistent source of visitors throughout a business week of Monday through Friday, increasing value to weekdays that traditionally may be underutilized in the area. An Ever-Increasing Opportunity

What does this mean for the tenants of Patriot Place? Big business throughout the week.

What does that mean for Patriot Place itself? Ever-increasing business for the tenants will result in an ever-increasing value for their leases.

Welcome to The Asylum

For over 25 years, The Asylum family of companies has been a thriving and ever-expanding brand, encompassing theaters, comedy clubs, training programs, and corporate team-building divisions. From our humble roots as an improv comedy group, we’ve grown into one of the most successful producers of live events, with thriving venues in both Boston and New York City. Our corporate division, Asylum Team Building , is built on the core principles of improvisation — collaboration and teamwork. The program provides companies the ability to develop more cohesive teams, build a stronger culture and drive innovation. We believe that working together leads to bigger, better ideas. By leveraging each other’s strengths, we create with speed and efficiency. And… we have fun doing it. We believe great ideas can come from anywhere, which is why we strive to create value in long-term relationships with our clients, employees, and business partners. We wouldn’t be here without them – they’re what have made us the success we are.
