RIRO- Rack-In Rack-Out or better known as FlashEscape is designed to provide an automated remote racking system that enables personnel to stand outside the arc flash boundary. This easy and automated machine has the following features:

• Remote operation • Operate with all type of circuit breakers (i.e. rotary, push & pull) • Use AC /DC power • Minimal set-up • Modular design for easy mobility • Wireless camera monitoring The increasing spending by large enterprises and on safety is at alarming stage. Energy sector is one of the largest sectors and is expected to grow steadily due to its importance as one the critical infrastructure sectors. According to market analysts, Asia Pacific is the largest region in the global utilities market, accounting for 41% of the market in 2018. Western Europe was the second largest region accounting for 22% of the global utilities market. With the growing demand, safety has become a prevalent issue. Our second version - FlashEscape ™ is designed to retrofit VCB with remote motorized automated racking system. A total of 50 units of the first version, FlashEscape ™, has been successfully deployed with Tenaga Nasional Berhad. The product has been protected under industrial design and patent protection. The innovation is commercially available for deployment. The project team is seeking for interested party with a view of licensing the technology/ distributorship/OEM.
