The Guidebook will help answer questions like: When do I need to bring someone into the office? Who should that person be? What skills and experience should he/she have prior to coming on board? What position should I be filling? Where can I find qualified employees? What should I pay? Can I even afford to hire someone? Ideally, this guidebook is to be used as an information guide to assist you in building and maintaining a viable office infrastructure.
