Memorable Moments.
In January 2021, we kicked off our internal campaign called Memorable Moments for both clinical and non-clinical employees. We wanted the staff to know that they matter, are appreciated, and that the moments they are creating are noticed and celebrated. We took these meaningful experiences and memorable moments and recognized team members weekly through a patient story or HERO nomination that exemplifies the combination of all of our values:
INTEGRITY, LEADERSHIP, OWNERSHIP, SUPERIOR SERVICE, TEAMWORK, RESPECT AND VALUE.
