Camera Program and KPIs This document is intended to be a quick reference guide to our camera program. This is meant to answer commonly asked questions as well as to help understand the details of how the program works. Program Overview: The camera program is intended to assist you in investing in solutions aimed at improving safety and controlling claims costs. Our subsidiary, Safety, Claims and Litigation Services,LLC (SCLS), works with 4 camera providers: Lytx, SmartDrive, Samsara, and Netradyne. SCLS offers a $10/vehicle/month subsidy for policyholders who meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements and purchase a dual lens. KPI’s are evaluated each quarter and customers must meet requirements according to the individual contract. Managed Services
Product Description: Lytx is a managed service, meaning that a third party reviews all events triggered by g-forces. Lytx’s new systems also incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) to capture unsafe behaviors that may not be triggered by a g-force. The third party reviews all AI and g-force events, determines unsafe actions, assigns drivers when able and tags coaching events in the customer facing dashboard. This allows you to focus on coaching unsafe behaviors and not spend extra time filtering through events.
