graduating from college today? Make sure you pursue a career that you are seriously interested in. Once you decide, commit and do not look back.
What is your greatest pro- fessional accomplish- ment? Working my way up from the bottom. I knew absolutely nothing about commercial real estate when I started 11 years ago. I was fortunate to have two excellent role models/mentors when I started my career (Mike Fasano and Ben Sgam- bati) who taught me the right way to approach the business which I still try to carry out to this day.
office building which represents one of the largest single tenant asset sales in the market this year. This transaction was highly confidential and subject to a very complex debt structure. College : Washington & Lee
What is your greatest professional accomplish- ment? One of my greatest pro- fessional accomplish- ments is continuing to be a top ten producer in our New Jersey office year after year and still being in my late twenties. It’s very difficult to ac- complish this solely, unless you’re on a successful team but I was able to achieve it with the help and support of Brian Hosey (My regional manager). What is your most notable project, deal or transaction? My most notable deal is a 79 micro unit development in Journal Square, Jersey City. It will make a great impact to the neighborhood, like the rest of the large developments in Journal Square. I’m proud to be able to be a part of that gentrification and continue to see Jersey City grow. Staying even keel is a quality that I believe is crucial because there are so many ups and downs. If you allow your emotions to get the better of you in the daily roller coaster of commercial real estate, you will not be able to be at your best day in and day out.

We were also able to arrange $19.8 million in acquisition financing through Marcus and Millichap Capital Corporation. What unique qualities and or personality do you feel makes you most successful in your profession? It’s a combination of growing up in an entrepreneurial de- velopment family and spending 15 years on wall street in institutional sales and trading that gives me the ability to understand intricacies of a deal from both a financial and mechanical prospective. This allows me to convey in a clear and concise manner, how investors can generate above average returns in a deal.
