Harlan holds an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Architectural En- gineering from DE Technical Community College in addi- tion to a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networks and Security from the University of MD University College. James (Jim) King Jr. joins Becker Morgan Group in the Dover office as a survey techni- cian. Jim is a retired veteran of the PA Army National Guard and the Delaware Air National Guard where he was a combat engineer and transportation specialist before becoming a C-130 Pilot. He recently com- pleted his Associates Degree in Surveying and Geomatics Engineering Technology from DE Technical Community College. 
