ASSAIC, NJ — The Goldstein Group , a leadingeal estate services in New Jersey, an- nounced it has placed Sherwin Williams at 90 Dayton Ave., Passaic, according to Chuck Lanyard , president of The Goldstein Group. For more than 150 years, Sherwin-Williams has been an industry leader in the devel- opment of technologically ad- vanced paint and coatings. It is the nation’s largest specialty retailer of paint and painting supplies, withmore than 4,200 neighborhood stores across

Neil Goldstein , a principal of The Goldstein Group rep- resented Sherwin Williams; while Marta Villa of JLL rep- resented the owner, Passaic Industrial Properties, LLC.  Cushman & Wakefield arranges six leases for PhenixSalonSuites EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ — Cushman &Wakefield an- nounced it has inked five new leases for Phenix Salon Suites in NJ and NY, totaling 47,000 s/f. David Townes , of the commercial real estate service firm’s retail team, brokered the long-term leases for the properties. Townes serves as exclusive leasing agent in the NY Metropolitan Area for the franchise, which has over 300 locations nationwide and is rapidly expanding throughout the tri-state area. The recent transactions in- clude NJ locations at the Mor- ris Hills Shopping Center, 3035 US 46 in Parsippany (5,100 s/f with Alana Fried- man) and Woodbridge Cross- ing, 465 Greene St. in Wood- bridge (5,642 s/f with James Aug of Sabre). This brings the total number of Phenix Salon Suites in the Garden State to six.
