This lease brings the build- ing to 100% occupancy, with total vacancy rates in the ports submarket hovering below 1.5 percent. 1416 East Linden Avenue is an 84,600 s/f industrial prop- erty, with access to Rte. 1-9, the New Jersey Turnpike and Goethals Bridge. Its location is near Newark Liberty Airport and Ports Newark/Elizabeth as well as the Holland Tunnel to NYC markets. The property features 16-foot ceiling heights, four loading docks and one oversized drive-in door, wet
