In a separate transaction, Marcus & Millichap has an- nounced the sale of The Over- lea Apartments, a 16-unit apartment property located in Baltimore, MD, according to Bryn Merrey , regional manager of the firm’s Balti- more office. The asset sold for $1.345 million. Raymond Hunce , an in- vestment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Baltimore of- fice, had the listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability com- pany. The buyer, a limited li- ability company, was secured and represented by Raymond Hunce as well. The Overlea Apartments is located at 10 & 14 E Overlea Ave in Baltimore, MD. The property consists of two ad- jacent apartment buildings; five and 11-units, respectively. Located just outside the Bal- timore City line, in Baltimore County, The Overlea Apart- ments are situated in a quiet residential area blocks away from Belair Rd., a major retail corridor.
