Hatha Yoga Janine Zielinski

Increase mind/body awareness and improve your health through Hatha Yoga. The art of Hatha Yoga increases flexibility and strength while reducing stress and tension. Please bring a yoga mat or purchase one at the front desk. Hatha Yoga is not recommended for those who have serious injuries or limitations; pregnant women should check with their doctor before taking this class. BEGINNER LEVEL: Appropriate for first time yoga students, most seniors or anyone who wants a gentle yoga class. Beginners focus on learning postures and breath awareness while emphasizing relaxation

and flexibility. Ages: 18 & up Class

Pilates - I ntermediate Gain challenging options for the exercises covered in the beginner class and learn movements that require greater core strength, flexibility, and balance. Expand your repertoire by using boxes, fitness rings, and towers. This level includes many exercise options. You can take this level several times and will continue to learn new movements.
